    We invite you to join our Facebook group for inspiration, how-to-videos, and expert tips and advice about how mental hygiene can boost our wellness. New content will be uploaded from The Royal periodically, and we also encourage all members to share their progress in the group!

    Last year, we're developed a Mental Hygiene Challenge podcast mini-series!

     

    These podcast episodes will discuss all things mental hygiene, and will be hosted by mental hygiene experts Guillaume Tremblay and Andrea Tomkins. We will have five episodes released throughout the challenge:

     

    Kicking off The Royal Mental Hygiene Challenge for 2023

    This episode was designed to get you pumped up for the March 2023 challenge! Andrea and Guillaume will discuss the concept of mental hygiene, review the evidence-based mental hygiene practices, explore successes from last year, share some of the cool new features we've developed for this year, and more.     Using pro-social prayer, mindfulness and meditation to train your brain

    This episode reviews pro-social prayer and mindfulness as ways of maintaining good mental hygiene. Andrea and Guillaume are joined by Alex Philippi for the first half, and together they explore the concept of pro-social prayer and the benefits and value of this exercise.
